Overall, I am not too dissappointed with my entire capstone project. Perhaps if I had utilized my time better, I could have developed all my media in more detail and gathered more interesting facts to put in my presentation. Overall, through completing this capstone project, I gained more experience with technology through mastering photoshop, learning how to make a video, and becoming more familiar with prezi. I also learned a lot about the American agricultural and food industries through my research about genetically modified foods.

People that I Would Interview for My Project

The first individual that I would interview for my project would probably be a food science or food engineering professor at Texas A&M University. I would try to arrange for a virtual interview with this individual. I think that a professor in the field of bioengineering could provide insightful information pertaining to the process by which some foods like decaffeinated coffee and pest-resistant crops are developed. Having a food engineering professor give info about GM foods will also make my project seem more interesting and credible. The second person that I would interview for my project would probably be a local multimedia instructer at Richland. This instructer will provide a scrupulous explanation of how my iphone app would operate.
